Founded 2020. The View TEFL Academy is an internationally accredited TEFL training provider with campuses in Cape Town (South Africa), Vung Tau (Vietnam), and Cebu (Philippines). We train and place English teachers worldwide.
Our Story
The View TEFL Academy was founded in 2020 with a clear mission: to provide practical, internationally recognised TEFL training that actually prepares teachers for the classroom — not just for a certificate. We started in Vung Tau, Vietnam, a city we know intimately as both a training ground and a thriving English teaching market. From there we expanded to Cape Town, South Africa, and then to Cebu in the Philippines.
Over the years we have built a network of 50+ partner schools across our three core markets — meaning our graduates don't just get a certificate, they get a pathway to a real teaching career.
Our Campuses
Cape Town, South Africa 🇿🇦 — Century City, Cape Town, 7441. Our South African campus serves candidates from across Africa and internationally who want to qualify in South Africa before teaching abroad.
Vung Tau, Vietnam 🇻🇳 — 12a Hải Đăng, Phường 2, Vung Tau. Our head office and flagship campus in Vietnam's most accessible coastal city. Direct access to the local teaching market.
Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭 — Cebu City. Our Philippine campus in the heart of the Visayas, with direct access to one of Asia's fastest-growing English teaching markets.
